Maintenance across the yearSupport packages, kernel updates and HANA revisions on an agreed maintenance plan instead of one-off actions.
System copies and transportsCopies with complete post-processing, test data refreshes on schedule, an orderly transport process.
SecuritySAP Security Notes assessed and scheduled, hardening results with evidence for NIS2 and local regulations.
ReportingA monthly report on system health that you can hand to management or auditors.

What does Managed SAP Basis cost?A monthly flat fee that depends on the number of systems and the scope. After reviewing your landscape we quote a concrete monthly price.
Are patches and upgrades included?Ongoing maintenance, yes: support packages, kernel updates, HANA revisions. Larger undertakings such as an S/4HANA conversion are separate projects.
How fast do you react to incidents?On business days within the agreed response time. On-call coverage outside business hours can be added if you need it.
Do we keep access to our own systems?Yes. The systems and credentials remain yours, and in the monitoring you always see the same picture we do.
How do our systems move to you?In three steps: assessment, parallel operation with your current provider, then regular service. The systems keep running throughout.
